On Monday 5th November 2018, the lingerie company, victoria secret unveiled their annual “dream angels fantasy brassiere’’ ; a Swarovski diamond brassiere, with a body chain of more than 2,100 Swarovski diamonds. It has at least 71 carats on the centerpiece and took over 930 hours (about 39 days) to create. The brassiere was designed by Atelier Swarovski, and has a high price tag of USD 1 million dollars.
Elsa Hosk, a 29 years old female model from Stockholm, Sweden who wore the Swarovski Brassiere during the photo shot said: ‘’it was just a sensation that I have never felt before. My body was violently shaking, and it wasn’t because I was nervous, I was just excited. It was a cool feeling that I have never felt before, and it was definitely a moment that I will never forget.’’
While it comes complete with Swarovski crystals, fans will be pleased to know it won’t retail with the same price tag. Rather, the in store version will be available to buy at USD 250 dollars at selected victoria secret stores, and at www.victoriasecret.com from Thursday November 29th 2018.
