SEVEN EASY STEPS TO LOOSE WEIGHT

The following are seven easy steps to loose weight:

  1. Exercise daily.  ( A 30 minutes walk daily will help).
  2. Eat more of fruits and vegetables.
  3. Eat  small portions of carbohydrates.
  4. Avoid eating late at night.
  5. Drink enough water (2 liters daily).
  6.  Eat a balanced diet daily.
  7. Have a positive attitude and reduce stress as much as possible.
