KIM KARDASHIAN WEST PURSUES A CAREER IN LAW

Reality TV star, Kim Kardashian West recently revealed to US Vogue that she is on a 4 years apprenticeship with a San Francisco law firm in order to become a criminal justice lawyer, and stated she will be taking her examination in 2022.
Kim Kardashian also revealed she had already scored 100 in one criminal law test, and it was super easy. This new career path by Kim Kardashian comes after she was involved in the release of a 63 years old prisoner Alice Marie Johnson who was jailed over a non-violent drug charge in Alabama in 1996. Kim Kardashian visited President Donald Trump who offered clemency to Alice Marie Johnson. Kim Kardashian was also among the celebrities who pleaded for the release of teenage sex trafficking victim Cyntoia Brown, who was sentenced life in prison for killing a man who tried to rape her in 2004.
While speaking to US Vogue, Kim Kardashian said: ‘’I had to think long and hard about this. The White House called me on advice and to help change the system of clemency and I’m sitting in the Roosevelt room with like a judge who has sentenced criminals and a lot of really powerful people, and I just sat there like Oh shit, I need to know more. I would say what I had to say about the human side and why this is also unfair. But I had attorneys with me who could back that up with all the facts of the case. It’s never one person who gets things done, it’s always a collective of people, and I have always known my role, but I just felt like I wanted to fight for people who have paid their dues to society. I just felt like the system could be so different, and I want to fight to fix it, and if I knew more, I could do more. My dad a library and when you pushed on this wall there was this whole hidden closet room, with all OJ evidence book. On weekends, I would always snoop and look through. I was really nosy about the forensics. ’’
Kim Kardshian shared her experience so far, saying: ‘’first year of law school, you have to cover three subjects; criminal law, torts, and contracts. To me, tort is the most confusing, contract is the most boring, and criminal law I can do in my sleep. Too my first test, I got a 100. Super easy for me. The reading is what really gets me. It’s time consuming. The concept I grasp in two seconds. ’’
Currently, Kim K  is being mentored by two lawyers who supervise her during her weekly 18 hours study.
